Please read the contract below carefully to register, then fill in the boxes below with your information. Arabic Summer Camp Contract: The Minaret Academy Saturday School welcomes and accepts everyone who wishes to register. We are happy to have new students come every year and meet each one of them. However, in certain situations, the Minaret Saturday School reserves the right to decline admission of students and sometimes must take precautionary measures to maintain the welfare of the students. In situations of misbehavior, the student could be suspended from the school. Extreme cases may lead to expulsion. Enrollment Policy: The Arabic Summer Camp Program will begin on June 18, 2024, and end on July 25, 2024. The tuition will be a one-time payment of $700, which includes a registration fee of $50. Tuition must be paid in CASH or CHECK only. Students with pending tuition will be admitted once all dues are cleared. School hours will be from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Students are expected to arrive at 9:25 AM.

I understand that the tuition is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not my child completes the school session. I understand that if my child is not fully cooperating with the school rules or is endangering other students or damaging school property, then the school administration has the right to enforce the appropriate measures. Sometimes we take photographs or videos of children either at school or when they are involved in organized activities. We may also make video, audio, and/or web cam recordings for educational use. Due to the increased use of our school and/or teacher websites, we are ensuring we have up to date photograph consent forms in place for all our students.
